HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR TUES OCT 26

Teddy-the eats look pretty good. I don't use soy milk b/c of the thyroid issues it can cause and/or irritate. How do you like the almond milk? I am a BIG fan :D

I'll do some more searching. Have you been using an anti-inflammatory on the days when you have had the discomfort? Maybe you could stretch tonight and take some aleve? I would probably find another source of cardio for a few weeks that doesn't aggrevate it. If it doesn't get better in a few weeks w/ rest, you may need to go see a doc :( You could have done some damage b/c it seems like this has been going on awhile, no?
