HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR TUES MAR 29

Cardio and abs today, I did Intensity and Jillian abs.

Eats (this is what i am thinking at this time of the day)
M1-oatmeal with raisins and bee polen
M2-protein shake with pineapple
M3-egg white salad sandwich
M4-baked chicken, roasted veggies
M5-apple, yogurt
 
It is March 29th and it's 17 degrees outside right now!

Today was cardio and for some odd reason I could not wait to workout. I chose Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and had a really great workout. I did all of the kickboxing segments and surges but I had to skip the last surge due to time. I wanted to get the stretch in.

CARDIO STATS:
1 hr. 5 minutes total
2 minutes below zone
13 minutes in zone
50 minutes above zone
555 calories burned!

This morning I did Supreme 90 Day Legs, 35 min, 233 calories. I then did Body Max 2 Power Circuits and abs, 36 min, 301 cal Max HR 163. I finished with Brook Benton's Kettle Body Cardio Yoga 28 min, 180 calories.
Total time spent was 99 min. Calories burned 714.
 
Eats yesterday were not that great. No breakfast.
L- chili that dd made when I got back from my mammogram dexascan
D- Flat out wrap with flax, Schwann's live smart turkey pork meatballs diced,tomato, baby spinach, parmesan cheese, and lowfat mozzarella..
S- 3 more of the meatballs with baby spinach and some chipotle dressing

Today's eats:
B- Oxygen mag museli but with fage honey greek yogurt so I skipped the maple syrup
L- Flat out wrap with black beans, smoked tofu diced, onion, bell pepper, avocado, chipotle salsa
D- broiled soy maple salmon from Tony Horton's Bring it and asparagus, green salad
S- not sure but probably a protein shake
