I got a really late start today. Didn't sleep well. I will be up late tonight too so I can pick dd up from the airport. My workout today was Intensity with the bonus bootcamp 70 min, 584 calories, HR 133 avg-160 max. I then did Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I am enjoying these. It has been a long time since I have used them. This was 38 min and 164 calories. I finished off with Flexible Warrior Yoga Swim segment 11 min 28 calories. I ordered Cathe's loop bands. One of mine broke that I had bought from perform better. It was my favorite heavy one. I was using it in Vegas and when it snapped it made my hamstring and calf hurt for 2 days afterward. I hope I like the Cathe ones. I have some others I bought at Amazon once and they seem awfully loose and easy to use.
Debbie, sorry about the headache and not sleeping well. That happened to me Saturday night. I hope things get better.
