Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues July 3

Chest and back today. I have had so much stress in my life, today is 28 days that my dad has been in the hospital!! But day 3 of rehab. My weight seems to be up on the scale but nothing too tight everything fits, but I know I am probably not eating enough. I have been down the eating disorder road and cannot go there so any positive comments to keep me on track. I get in the mindset that the scale weight is up so cut back on calories. I also did a couple of new w/outs so don't know if my body is responding to that. Thanks for any thoughts, just need some inspiration
 
Roselyn, I am sorry that you are dealing with this. But you know that you do need the calories to gain and/or keep muscle. You have worked so hard. Don't let this take away from what you have been doing. The thing is I have lost weight, trying to eat clean, but lots of eating out and most of the time cardio is at a low from what I am used to doing. I know in your heart that you know what you should do as far as eating and workouts so I don't think I need to tell you. Don't let it get to you. Take some days off with a plan to get back at it or just do light work and not worry so much about eating. Try to eat clean as much as possible and you will bounce back. Stay away from that scale!! I know when I am not eating well and I stay away, knowing I will get back to my workouts and better eating and it will balance.

Roselyn, I posted my workout on the week of starting at the second. I know you have too much going on. Keep your chin up and just go with it. There is not much we can do but enjoy the time with loved ones. You will be fine. Just eat to keep your energy up and avoid stress. Maybe some extra B and C vitamins?
