Trisets, 10 reps

Squats narrow stance 25# dumbbells
45 degree lunges 22# Dumbbells
One leg sit n stand with slider 22#

Static lunge 27# dumbbells
Plie squats 32# dumbbell
One leg slide back lunge 22# dumbbells

squats wide stance 27#
one leg elevated lunge 27#
deadlifts 75# barbell

Then did floor work from legs n glutes and bar workout from lower body.
 
Today was total body and I chose Power Hour. Wow, I keep forgetting how wicked that workout is. I like it, though, always a goodie!

Ran out of time so I skipped the abs. I will do them either tomorrow or Friday after my runs.
 
My workout is finished:D Took awhile. Several interruptions this morning. I started with URX-MT Greg Sims Cardio Metabolic Circuit. This is not as high of a calorie burner but it sure gets my leg muscles quivering. This one has a lot of leg and core work in it. My HR monitor started acting up so I had to stop and adjust the strap. I was sweating and breathing hard and it said HR 71:0 Then it went to 0. Anyway when I was done it said 301 calories, 50 minutes Max HR 158. It may have been a little more. I was disappointed in the calorie burn so I put in Greg Sims other URX dvd metabolic and yogic intervals and did 26 min then forwarded to the last 4 min str., 30 min, 223 calories. I followed with Abs using Amy Bento's Step Challenge 3 abs 1 kettlebells and Kettlebell Dynamics Abs 22 min, 113 calories. I used 15,20,& 25lb kettlebells. I finished with budokon strength and balance skipping the meditations and spinal w/u. 33 min 149 calories. Total time was 2 hr 15 min and calories 786.
 
Eats yesterday:
1 Crock pot oatmeal with protein powder added and raspberry sugar free syrup
2 grapes
3 salad with roast beef, feta cheese, fat free ranch and bbq sauce
4 carb nada pasta with lowfat and low sodium alfredo sauce

Today
1. chocolate crock pot oats with egg beaters, raspberry sugar free fruit spread
2. Clean Eating Magazine Ginger, Soy,chicken and endamame stir fry with cashews (no rice)
3. ?? Maybe just a protein shake
Tremendous headache today not feeling like much right now.

Debbie, I haven't done Power Hour in years. I always dreaded all of those low ends and deadlifts. Makes back back hurt thinking about it.
