Lower body today, I did a leg squat workout (with the weighted vest)
4 sets, 8 reps rest between sets
squats warm up 30#
squats warm up 35#
Squats 55#
Stiff Legged Deadlift 75#
Front Squat 50#
Static Lunge 50#
Then I added a Hiit 25 from TF.
Hey girls any advice I can give my good friend, she is very much overweight and is considering taking a thermogenic, she has done Jenny Craig, saw a therapist (she says she just can't stop eating) and is really depressed right now, she is probably over 300 pounds, I don't have a lot of experience with them and I want to tell her gently that is probably not the best thing for her, she has been my best friend since 3rd grade, she is single so I worry for her, any suggestions welcome.
