I woke at 3 this morning with a terrible headache at the of my head and neck. Took some Motrin and shut off the alarm . I still got a workout in, but have to shower when I get home because I.have the Septic people coming to service our aerobic system. Maybe I can still get in some Stretching. I did 10Minute Solution Kettle Bell Maximum fat burner lower body segment continuing with swings during the stretch. . 10 min,90 cal.. Then I did Mesocycle 1 week 3 disc 9 legs, 55 min, 413 calories. Total time 65 min calories 503:D. I use my Polar F 4 which seems get slightly higher calorie burns.
I will post weights when I get home.

Roselyn, nice workout. You are getting in some nice weights.

Roselyn-nice weights :D What are you going to do after this rotation?

Diane Sue-sorry to hear about the headache....sounds like you have another jam packed day :D

Yesterday I did Peak 10 Cardio Strength and it slayed me  It is interval weight work w/ high intensity cardio intervals broken down into 5 "blocks". You wind up doing 10 intervals total b/c you do both sides. It was INTENSE but I have loved both the Peak 10's that are out now. She is filming the other 8 this month and hopefully Santa will get those for me :D Not sure about today yet, I woke up to ttotm (which explains a LOT about this week) :( Hope everyone has a great day

And Happy Birthday Char (if you are reading this) :D

Good morning -

Another good workout, Roselyn. I like the mix you've done with Insanity and Meso 3 work this week. It's something I might like to borrow if you don't mind? ;)

Diane Sue - That's a heck of a workout to tackle with a headache. You weren't feeling good and hit it hard just a few days ago too, if I remember. Hope you are feeling better now, especially with such a busy day :)

Theresa - I've had my eye on those ... just ONE eye, though. I'm trying to stay focused on a TRX (also thanks to your input :p) - it is not easy. So much good stuff coming out, workout-wise. Glad you're enjoying them so much - they sound really tough-fun. Also, interesting: ttotm hit for me, too (yesterday). How lovely we can share in this joyful time together

Teddy - I hope you got your plumbing problem(s) resolved and things are going well :) .

Yesterday, I did Insanity: Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Plan to work with Gym Style Legs today -- may do some add ons/slight changes (still thinking about the details). I've been missing Budokon practices, so will plan to get one in tonight or tomorrow evening (depending on a work project I have to finish).

Have a good day.

Lori

Still feeling kind of off today. I ended up giving my grandbaby some Benadryl because she has the coughing, sneezing runny nose, water eyes, going on. So, I am coughing and enduring the headache and nausea.
I was going to try to get in some other cardio but just dont have it in me.
Eats today were:
Dark chocolate laced coffee pre-workout
Post workout-- after I got home was Kettle Cuisine Chicken Chili with white beans that I picked up out of the freezer section of Akins Nutrition Market
I like their soups. They are thick and taste good. I had the tomato one the other day and it was yummy. Didn't feel like traditional breakfast stuff.

Lunch-- ended up being a couple of Organic Veggie laced Macaroni and cheese patties that I bought for the grandbaby who instantly said Yeeeww. I thought they were pretty good but needed a little sea salt added. She has the worst eating habits. She decided on an apple since I wouldn't let her have goodies which are fruit snacks.

Dinner --Muscle Chow Palamo Pepper Steak. I picked so many bell peppers and jalapenos out of my garden. I keep having to throw some away. I diced and froze a few. It is a lot of work. I just need to make some soups and recipes and freeze them.

I picked up several packages of Tofu Shirataki noodles yesterday. These are yummy and make quick high protein dishes because you just drain rince and heat in the microwave then add sauces or whatever. I have made an alfredo bowl from Hungry Girl 1-2-3 with laughing cow light swiss, parmesan cheese, and fat free sour cream, low fat real bacon bits and shiratake noodles. I have used seasoned veggie mixes in these as well. The woman on Fighter Diet mentions these noodles as well.
