Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs May 19

My workout this morning started with Zumba Ripped Toning using 3lb dumbbells(the one lb sticks just are not enough intensity) 31 min, 158 cal, Max HR 119. I followed with Supreme 90 Core Dynamics minus w/u and c/d 18 min, 118 cal. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT with Patrick Goudeau Core Metabolic Cardio 51 min, 425 cal , HR 135-152. I really like this workout but his t-shirt with the big red dripping tongue is disturbing. I finished with Zumba Step by Step Belly Dance segment 10 min 39 cal for a cooldown, and Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow 22 min 97 cal.. Total time was 2 hr 12 min, calories burned 837.
 
Diane Sue, I probably asked you this before, but do you have keli roberts plyo rebound and what do you think of it, and what do you think of TLC
 
I posted about TLC yesterday. I like it. I will say you have to put a lot into it. If you are looking for intensity I think Kelly has better. I have only done Kelis URX-MT Plyo once so far. I am working through these the second time around. I liked pretty much all of them. Greg Sims being the least favorite. That Kelis uses the sand weights through quite a lot of the workout. She does jumps with them as well. I am updating my notes on these as I notice different things about them. The one I did today does 5 min cardio alternated with 5 min core and strength. He uses the sand weights for some of it .There are lots of plank variations, burpees, mountain climbers, high knee runs on the cardio,push ups, down ups in planks with down up bounces on the rebounder planks,planks walking hands across the rebounder and doing 1 arm rows. Well, that is just some of the moves today. I was feeling about done 10 minutes out but kept pushing.

Meals today:
1-Schwans triple berries with 1 scoop Myofusion Delicious whey
2-Salad with greens and spinach, 1 TBS Schwans queso, 1 TBS Marketside Chipotle drssing, 5 oz Schwans Chicken fajita breast strips.
3- fresh broccoli snack
4- asparagus with Schwan's tortilla encrusted tilapia

Hermia, good job on STS. You are getting some nice workouts in:D
