My workout this morning started with Zumba Ripped Toning using 3lb dumbbells(the one lb sticks just are not enough intensity) 31 min, 158 cal, Max HR 119. I followed with Supreme 90 Core Dynamics minus w/u and c/d 18 min, 118 cal. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT with Patrick Goudeau Core Metabolic Cardio 51 min, 425 cal , HR 135-152. I really like this workout but his t-shirt with the big red dripping tongue is disturbing. I finished with Zumba Step by Step Belly Dance segment 10 min 39 cal for a cooldown, and Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow 22 min 97 cal.. Total time was 2 hr 12 min, calories burned 837.
