HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR THURS MAR 17

I don't have Irish eyes a smilin', not a drop of Irish in me but Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone, because aren't we all Irish today!!

Today I did some strength training, I did Supreme 90 arms, which worked bi's, tri's and shoulders and then Supreme 90 legs, followed by barre workout of Cathe's.

P.S. I may start tracking my eats again if anyone wants to with me, I need to get on track, I have been not eating breakfast lately, so i need to slow down and start eating better,
 
This morning I started with Jari's Ripped Bootcamp W/u & segment 3, crab , lunge/bicep/Arnold press,jump squat 17 min,109 cal,max HR 161, Supreme 90 Ultimate ball no w/u or str,31in 171 cal. I finished with budokon Flow & Flexibity no meditation or spinal w/u 39 min 199 cal. Total time 88 min. Cal 479

Roselyn. I tracking but quit posting since no one else was I will start back when dh leaves Thurs.. Is that your first time with Supreme 90?

Diane Sue - Me too. Like Saturday. We are going to my mom's for an "irish" lunch. We're Italian so I have no idea where that came from. But I know I'll pig out. And then the following weekend is my b-day. I can't win...
 
Diane Sue, I like supreme what are your thoughts?

I will start tracking today, I know what you mean about stuff coming up with eating, my problem this week seems to be that I have not been eating enough, I know because my calories are down and what is funny is the scale will go up so I know i need to track so I am eating all my meals and snacks. You all always have such good advice too

B- cream of wheat w/ raisins and I added a little cinnamon protein(about 1T made it yummy)
S- 1 T peanut butter
L- protein shake with skim milk and banana
S-?
D- I think a salad with turkey, dried cherries drizzled with balsamic and olive oil (I found this in a clean eating magazine)

Anyone please feel free to critique anything or if I should add something or something is not clean and healthy, maybe there is something you guys eat you want to share. I am such a sweet freak and I have to stop, maybe a little dark chocoate, is that considered clean. Diane Sue, I promise I will try to track daily.
 
Roselyn - I am a sweet freak too. I've been eating one Dove dark chocolate square after lunch and one after my dinner. However, lately I seem to be eating more then just one. I can tell my body is craving carbs and sweets again and that makes me eat all the more bad. Once all the crap is in my body, it's really hard to stop eating it. :(
 
This is what I'm eating today but I haven't kept track of my calories or ratios.

M1 - BSN w/oats, PB & banana
M2 - Turkey tetrazzini - WW recipe - very good!
M3 - Greek yogurt w/almonds
M4 - Black Bean & Chicken Burrito - also very good, got this from Cooking Light

I usually always eat 5 to 6 meals but since I'm not working out this week, 2 meals are cancelled out. Like I said, I also have one Dove dark chocolate square after lunch and dinner. Last night I grabbed one of those crispy star cookies from Little Debbie - big no no. I need to get rid of those and never buy them again. Very addicting.
 
Debbie, I have dh home and there is lots of family get togethers abd eating out over the next week. We went to Chilis for lunch and I got a Cobb salad and picked out the egg yolk. I know it was not healthy. Then KFC at the park with chips etc this evening. I will really need to hit it hard after this week.

Roselyn, I am really liking Supreme 90 Day. I think that some of the sets are not counted right or I am not working fast enough. He says 3 sets on chest and back and I think they do 2 sometimes. I just pause and finish. This is my 3rd week then the week with Total Body and Core Challenge incorporated.
 
Roselyn, each time I am thinking what and then the woman seems to be ready to do another set and puts them down. Not a problem. I can stop and do the other set but it gets confusing. For the price, I feel I do not have too much to complain about. I think after taking notes I will eventually be ready for it. You are the only one that told me they noticed that. I tried lowering reps last week. This week I just paused. I think since it is an as seen on tv it should not have so many errors though. Still I am getting nice results.
