I agree, Roselyn! March is flying by!

Today was cardio and I woke up with a pretty good headache. I decided to do Cardio Coach #3. Short and sweet. I did well with it but my head was pounding by the end.

My upper back and neck were sore from yesterdays workout so I did the foam roller for a few minutes as well. Feels ok now. Love my foam roller!

OH BOY!.....No workout this morning, argh, I really hate this, bc, I do not want to see empty space on my workout calendar. Yes, my alarm clock went off, but I laid back down and I know better:( when I woke; it was 6:20 usually I’m out of the tub by this time. So, I really have to suck up any issues I may have regards to working out in the evenings. Leg & Glutes Xtreme or Leg & Glutes tonight PERIOD….


Did you see the 8 day forecast this morn, talking 75 and 76 all this week and into next week, how awesome it that.;)
 
This morning's workout was Les Mills Sports Attack, 29 min, 256 calories, max hr 165. I am still having a stiff neck and some soreness. The headache was better but, I had to choose workouts carefully. I did Les Mills Pump Extreme skipping some segments, so I did the squat track, biceps, triceps, lunge/squat track, abs, str 36 min , 237 calories. I followed this with TRX Force workout #1 legs, biceps, triceps, and abs, 33 min, 200 calories. I love the suspended side plank pike on this one. Abs can be extra tough using the TRX. I then did TRX TV FLow Mobility 34 min, 180 calories. I like this because it is like suspended yoga. You get some strength moves and a good stretch. Time was long today, 2 h 9 min, 873 calories.

I have lots of running to do in a bit. I am having some tofu shirtake noodles with mushrooms, peppers, onions and morning star sausage along with salsa. Dinner will be another Oxygen recipe since I ate up the gumbo one I made the other day:)

Debbie, I am sorry that you woke with a headache. I can sure relate. Nice cardio work.

Teddy, I hope you get your workout in this evening. Once I wake up there is no way that I can fall back to sleep easily. Good luck with figuring that out.

Roselyn, those finishing drills are a nice way to finish off a weight workout.

Diane: Nice workout;) I hope I get it in too, dam it;) I am a morning person, tons of energy, by this time wiped out. I shall see once I get home.
