Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs June 9

Today was cardio and still have a slight headache. TTOM and all. I chose Cardio Coach #2, the original.

Sean is really annoying in this workout. I can see why he did a revised Volume 2.

I also did the Abs from Rapid Fire.
