Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs June 2

Rhythmic Step and no equipment abs from abs circuit. Have not done that step workout in awhile so it got my heart pumping, that is a fun one.
 
Today was Back and Biceps. I had a really good workout. Same as last week but I upped the weights and lowered the reps.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

BACK
Barbell Rows - 85# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 10#, droped 2 reps)
One-Arm Rows - 40# - 3 sets/10 reps (up 10#, dropped 2 reps)
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)

BICEPS
Barbell Curls - 55# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 20's - 3 sets/8 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Hammer Curls - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)

Really felt this workout, especially back. My weights for biceps are still pretty light. I'm still testing my elbows. They felt fine today. No pain or tightness. :eek:

Abs and triceps are really sore today.
 
No workout today. I was going to do an itrain yoga off iPod today but it was not on there. My right calf is really tight again today. I will be hanging a couple of hours w/o a room waiting for DD to head to the airport. I have had a lot of fun.
 
Roselyn - I need to pull RS out again. I use to love that workout. I should do it again soon. Nice going!

Diane Sue - Glad you are taking a rest day, you deserve it. So enjoy it. Hope your calf gets better. That is the worse!
