Back and Biceps. I had a really good workout. Same as last week but I upped the weights and lowered the reps.
1 min. 30 second rest between each set.
BACK
Barbell Rows - 85# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 10#, droped 2 reps)
One-Arm Rows - 40# - 3 sets/10 reps (up 10#, dropped 2 reps)
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)
BICEPS
Barbell Curls - 55# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 20's - 3 sets/8 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Hammer Curls - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)
Really felt this workout, especially back. My weights for biceps are still pretty light. I'm still testing my elbows. They felt fine today. No pain or tightness.
Abs and triceps are really sore today.
