This morning I did not have as much time for my workout. I had an appointment and then picked up the grandchildren. I still got a decent calorie burn though. I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Strength Cardio 45 min, 404 calories, 18 min in zone 129-144, Avg HR 141- Max HR 163. This one only uses the sand weights for about 6 minutes during the core work. It is about 30 min cardio, 13 min core and 2 min stretch. The core work is really good.
Yesterday meals were-(hopefully I have it right ) I did log it on My Fitness Pal
1 eggbeaters with onions and tomatoes in an Ezekial tortilla
2 raspberries with 1 scoop whey,pecans, and keifer
3 chicken wrap using ezekial tortilla with grapes, pecans, fat free mayonnaise, curry powder and baby spinach
