Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs June 16

Cardio today, I did Michelle Dozois Peak Interval Cardio and an Hiit 20 TF,

Eats
M1-2 egg whites, 1 egg, on ezekial tortilla
M2-apple, peanut butter
M3-protein shake
M4-yogurt
M5-salad, chicken breast, veggies
 
This morning I did not have as much time for my workout. I had an appointment and then picked up the grandchildren. I still got a decent calorie burn though. I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Strength Cardio 45 min, 404 calories, 18 min in zone 129-144, Avg HR 141- Max HR 163. This one only uses the sand weights for about 6 minutes during the core work. It is about 30 min cardio, 13 min core and 2 min stretch. The core work is really good.
Yesterday meals were-(hopefully I have it right ) I did log it on My Fitness Pal
1 eggbeaters with onions and tomatoes in an Ezekial tortilla
2 raspberries with 1 scoop whey,pecans, and keifer
3 chicken wrap using ezekial tortilla with grapes, pecans, fat free mayonnaise, curry powder and baby spinach

Roselyn, good job on the eats and cardio.
 
Debbie, I thought of needing a rest. I did take time off while in Las Vegas other than a 19 min workout and an ab workout. and last week I worked out 5 days instead of 6. I have been pretty tired lately too. I am not really good about taking a lot of time off. Usually I reserve that for time off with dh for vacation.
 
Today's meals were:
1 fresh raspberries, 1 scoop Myofusion Whey, 2 TBS pecans, Kefir
2 spinach tofu noodles, soy crumbles, pasta sauce, shredded parmesan cheese
3 grapes
4 veggies and low fat chipotle dip, blt on ezekial tortilla with fat free mayo
