Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs July 28

Lowmax and abs today. Debbie, I saw that you posted you did Supersets, wow, it has been awhile since I have done that one, makes me want to get it out. Could you go pretty heavy?
 
Today was total body and I did Push/Pull. It has been an extremely long time since I've done this workout and I had fun with it. It's not that tough of a workout, but I still felt most of the exercises. Glad I pulled this one out.

Roselyn - Supersets and Push/Pull you can go a little hearvier on because it's not as high repped as her other total body workouts. But some of the exercises catch up to you. Push/Pull you can go heavier with then Supersets. I had fun with both.
 
This morning I did Bodymax 2 Cardio and weights premix 71 min, 438 calories. I then did Super Sets upper to get more upper work 35 min, 156 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga FLow 13 min 48 calories. Total time was 1 hr 59 min and calories burned 642.

Debbie, that is a fun workout. I always go a little heavier on these workouts. I forgot how many reps and holds there were in the preacher curls on the ball and concentration curls. :eek: I made it but I was close to lowering the weight I was using. It was more than the 25 bar and 12's Cathe was using.

Roselyn, you have been hitting some of the older workouts too. I have not done Low Max in forever. Nice work.

Meals yesterday were
1 1/2scoop Dymatize Elite vanilla whey(soon that will be gone as I prefer Gaspari)
2 avocado and tomato sandwich with light hummus and other veggies at Which Wich. I noticed this time that you can now get it in a bowl on a bed of lettuce. I will keep that in mind next time.
3 shrimp and broccoli with basmati rice and teriyaki sace that my grandson made
 
Diane Sue - I know, those concentration curls catch up to you fast. I love that where she does those holds, it really burns. I like the work on the stability ball, too. Fun stuff!

Are you guys going to get the new workouts?
