Loads of interruptions this morning but I finally got through the workout. This sure can't happen tomorrow because I have a dr appt in the morning.
I started with Amy's Kettlebell Power workout #3 w/ wup 26 min 125 calories, then I did some lower body Kettlebell and TRX work 19 min, 81 calories. I followed with Kelly Coffey's TLC Coffey Fit blend mix 48 min, 323 calories. I finished with a TRX Flow Mobility from TRX TV. It was supposed to take 30 min but it took me 26 and 88 calories. I probably didn't hold something long enough. Those planks with arms in the TRX are tough. Total time was 1 hr 59 min and calories burned 612.
Kettlebell Power: I used 25 lb bells for all but the turkish get up (20)
double bells push ups 4r, stop swings 4r, cleans 4r, 2 times
plie position arms out alternating hop(hard to explain)
front squat 4 reps, squat with overhead press 4 r, jump squat with bells racked 4 reps, do 2 times
duck walk
full turkish get up done slowly 1 left then 1 right repeat
Pike position hand walk out and back jump
Lower workout I did on my own:
suitcase squats 25# kettlebells 16 reps
tactical lunge 25# bell 24 reps
single leg deadlift 35# bell 12 reps right then 12 reps left
TRX 10 regular squats, 20 single leg squats right the 20 left
TRX alternating side lunge 20 left and right
TRX hamstring bicycle hips raised arms held up 32 reps
