I thought I would come back and get in some stretching and yoga. Waiting to hear back from DH. He called while I was taking my grandson to school. I think each year of school gets more draining for me. The thing is it is not one school or area like most parents would be doing. I am scheduling it between 3 stops that are miles away from each other. Testing it out with my grandson and I felt for him when I dropped him off just 3 minutes earlier than yesterday and I peeked in the window as I can see the area that they wait and it was a whole room of cheerleaders. Well, I guess he could use that to his advantage or let it make him feel weird, you know what I mean.
Workout was URX-MT Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Cardio,50 min, 463 calories, HR was 137avg, 159 max. I thought I was doing the shorter workout and it was the other. I should have known from the shirt but it was 4:15 this morning. I did not even want to crawl out of bed. So, I wanted to use my TRX so a few minutes Rollout facing the TRX which I think is the hardest rollout, then the cross balance lunge 1 min left then 1 min right, 4 Day Split lower body premix 35 min total time and 248 calories. This was with a brief stretch on my own with dd talking to me. Had to really rush. There is quite a few lower moves in the Urban Rebounding workout too. Total time is 85 minutes and calories burned 711. I think that I will probably not get the stretching in unless there is a break somewhere today and I am tired. Insurance Claims are coming out in the AM. From what I understand the fence people will be out in a couple of days. I miss DH in more ways than just having him here. Really miss him a lot!!
