I did Turbo Fire 60 today and Hiit 15.

Debbie, I think you should feel proud, I hate to run and I don't run!! so I commend you on what you accomplished!!
 
No workout today. I have another knot in my shoulder blade area. WTH?

I didn't do anything yesterday but run, if you call it that. How do you get a knot in your upper back from running?

Not sure what I'll do the rest of the week. I may just take a few days off and start something new on Monday. Sounds good to me!!!
 
Sorry that I have been missing. The storms did a lot of.damage and broke off power line poles. No power the last few days. Our fence was had heavy metal posts that were bent almost to the ground. Lots to clean up too.
Today I did Amy's Kettlebell Power w/up and workout 1. 25 minutes, 145 calories.I then did TRX Performance traain like the pros 58 min 325 calories. I followed with Lauren Brooks Sculpting with Kettlebells 3 lower body emphasis 14 min, 103 cal. I finished with Siva's Power Yoga Flow. Fire & water 20 min 86 calories. total time was 1 hr 57 , 659 calories.

Debbie I totally understand about the running. You should be able to enjoy your workouts I am sure you will come up with something that you like much better. Cardio Coach does seem to hold the interest a lot better:D
