Leg day,

I did STS squat rack and Supreme 90 legs

warm up squats
4 sets 6 reps:
Squats 56#
Stiff Legged Deadlift 76#
Front Squat 52#
Static Lunge 53#

I did not write down my weights for supreme 90, next time I will.

M1-oatmeal protein pancakes
M2-Protein shake with pinapple
M3-Turkey salad
M4-yogurt and almonds
M5-chicken and roasted vegetables
 
Today I did Ab Work and a Stretch workout.

Chose Muscle Endurance Abs - love that one and really felt it, and the Bonus Stretch from Kelly Coffeey Meyer's Bootcamp workout. Needed that, I'm so sore from yesterday's workout. Even my biceps which is unusual. Love it!

Hermia - Sorry to hear you've been sick. And I didn't mean to miss your name when I was wondering where everyone was at. Sorry about that! It was unintentional.

Today I did Supreme 90 Day Tabata 43 min, 350 calories. I followed that with Kelly Coffeys Cardio Sculpt Fitness Cardio Mix which includes the abs, 40 min, 281 calories. I finished off with Tony's One on One Patience is a Hummingbird Yoga 36 min 108 calories. I like this one because he holds the poses for awhile and I needed a good stretch. I believe I am at day 40 of the Supreme 90 rotation. Total time spent 1 hr 59 and calories burned 719.

Hermia, sorry that you have been sick. Take care of yourself, you don't want to end up with pneumonia too.

Debbie, good job on the biceps. I rarely get sore in my biceps either. Lately though I have had some in my triceps and I think it is some of the yoga workouts along with the weights causing it.

Roselyn, you are really doing some long tough workouts.
 
Meals yesterday
1- Tony Hortons Bring it White Bean soup (197cal; 1 gm fat, 0 chol, 611 sodium, 39 carbs, 11 pro; if figured at 6 servings) I like this a lot. I did ise a little less oil cooking the garlic and scallions and I did not add salt.
2- Ezekial wrap with tomato, lettuce, spinach, tempeh, and chipotle wranch dressing
3-cashews
4- Beef Teriyaki from Clean Eating Magazine. I added snow peas since I did not have bok choy. It did not turn out well because dh called it it was still cooking so the broccoli and kale was mushy
I still haven't figured the macros for myself on the recipe
I will post todays later as I have not figured dinner and snacks yet.
 
Meals today were:
1 Schwan's triple berry blend, oatmeal, cinnamon,organic honey, plain kefir, and Myofusion vanilla whey
2 Schwan's beef merlot wine country classic
3 more Schwan's beef merlot (It got to 5 pm and I was really feeling lightheaded and hungry)
4 mixed greens salad with sauted and seasoned tempeh and tomato, Chipotle dressing
5 a half poptart:eek:
1594 calories: 185 carbs,47 fat, 116 pro,
