Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sun Sept 18

Did Sharon Twombly's Zero to Sixty, this is a deceiving workout! It was a lot of fun, and Diane Sue, you were right about the weights, at first I thought come on 2 and 5#? I used 3 and 5's and was sweating, I really enjoyed it.
 
Today is a rest day. I have to go back to household projects today and preparation for tomorrow. I am going to start the week attempting doing Week 3 of Tracey's Bootcamp. I have done all of the workouts and am going back through them. Will add other stuff. Week #3 strength was tough this last week. This will start my third week of using these workouts. I really do like them.

Roselyn, yes, Zero to Sixty is deceiving. I am glad that you liked it:D
