Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sun Sept 11

First of all today "We Remember and Never Forget" hearing and seeing again is still heart wrenching!

I did Imax Extreme and some ab work today.

Diane Sue, I am thinking of those Tracey workouts, I have Sharon Twombly's new one coming.
 
I talked to dh this morning. Hadn't heard from him for a bit. He was at another military base for a flag raising ceremony for 9/11.
I did do a few Ballet Body Segments: abs wall, abs stretch and reach, and yoga fusion flow lower body. 41 minutes.

Since I didn't have time to post my Tracey's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning workout 3 exercises yesterday, I will do it now.
This is done 50 sec work 10 rest 1 minute between exercises groups
4 rnds 1A med ball squat , 1B med ball squat jumps (used 15#)
4 rnds 2A band pushup, 2B mountain climber (used red, It says band mountain climber but I didn't see anyone using one for an example)
4 rnds 3A band lunge, 3B band lunge jump(used red)
4 rnds 4A band squat overhead press, 4B band squat jumps(used red)
finisher 8 rnds of 1 inch hold, bicycles not sure what the time and rest were on this
tabata 8 rnds 20/10 sprint burpees

Roselyn, I like all of these workouts. Lots of options so I don't think you will be disappointed in them.
