Flat bench press-warm up 33# barbell

4 sets, 6 reps of each exercise

Flat bench press 44#
Barbell rows 45#

Chest flys-flat bench 17# dumbbell w/weighted glove
One arm row 25# dumbbell

Incline bench press 38# barbell w/weighted glove
Deadlifts 68# barbell w/weighted glove

Incline chest flys 17#
One arm horizontal row 25#

I felt like I could have gone heavier but I followed the 5% increase.

Roselyn - Nice job today and Happy Halloween :) Sounds like you're noticing some strength increases. Bet that felt really good.

Yesterday, I did Pure Cardio (Insanity). Pushed hard and had a good workout. Today, I tried the Insanity Upper Body Workout. I had the same feeling you did Roselyn -- could have gone heavier. In my case though, that was due to the workout being unfamiliar (some unique moves) and it was really just a "run through." I'll try it at least one more time, adjust the weights and see how I like it. Plan to do Iliara's Powerstrike and more foam roller work later this evening.
