Diane Sue - What a night. I laughed about the singing. Your little one is so funny and precious, though it was probably hard to appreciate that at 3 a.m. Glad it was a rest day at least. I think that is a relative term with you though. I think you are always very busy

. Thank you for explaining the 4 point. It sounds like a good way to teach form and help with the mind/muscle connection. I'll be interested to hear about what you decide to do. Also, I think Power and Agility is my favorite Budokon (at least right now). It's smart to take your time with them, I think. I took the same approach you described (practice run through first). It helped. For me, some of the Budokon moves were a bit intimidating. I think they are a lot less difficult than they look. On the other hand, he breaks each move down into so much detail in the tutorial (which I think is good) and I still go back to it -- fine tuning. I like that about the series. There is always room for a little bit more precision and attention to the details. The hardest move for me was in the monkey series. Funny, because the move was not at all difficult and was just very natural. I think that is why I struggled with it. I kept trying (unintentionally, of course) to make it tougher than it was. When I finally got it, I couldn't believe I'd ever struggled with it. I do still put on my tennies for the 360' turns though. Partly, I just need to get over my fear with those but also, generating enough power to go up that high/far around

- I am not so good at landing as soft and silently as he is. The rest of it, I don't know. It took me 3 or 4 workouts before I really felt I was doing the whole thing properly. Practice -- like you said. Sometime you might even watch the blooper segment. I appreciated seeing that side of him (and I'm not usually a big fan of bloopers - must have been bored). The balance clip is especially good. It was, I don't know, comforting [?] to see someone so adept and Zen-like get so ticked off and "human." I thought it was cool he would share that. Anyway, I am so glad you are enjoying these. I kind of thought you would
DS is home (YAY)! His trip was great and we haven't seen the foot of snow they forecasted (YAY and YAY). There are flurries though and the temp has dropped into low single digits again (

). Is it too early to have spring fever?
Good night.
