Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat Sept 17

Today I did Kelli Roberts rebounder and the first 25 minutes of Patrick Goudeau, then worked 20 minutes of core from Michelle Dozois core workout.

Diane Sue, do you have both Tracey's new dvds and how would you rate them? I received Sharon Twombly's new one have not done yet, you liked this one didn't you?
 
My workout is done and I talked to DH for awhile:D I started with Tracey's Bootcamp strength workout#2 Used my 1 inch superband for the deadlifts and rows. The red band for the other stuff. Workout was 40 min and calories burned 277. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme with Patric Goudeau metabolic strength cardio intervals 45 min and 408 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea's power yoga flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min 60 calories. Total time was 96 minutes and calories burned 745 This was probably the most strength based Bootcamp dvd. The cardio really comes in on the finisher and tabata segments at the end.

Roselyn, I love zero to sixty. I get a great calorie burn, the abwork is good, and the lack of much impact is great. I do have to use only 3 and 5 lb dumbbells. I thought I would start heavier the first time and soon learned that was not something easy to do. I think they used 2 and 5 lb dumbbells. I think Tracey's workouts are great and a really good investment. Lots of options too. The premixes are good as well. Yes I did buy both. Really looking at the program I cannot imagine why someone would only want to purchase just one of them.
