Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat Sept 10

This morning I did Tracey Staehle's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning #3 with the band and med ball. Adding the the 8 ab tabata rounds, toe touches and bicycles, from the strength workout #3. 39 min, 299 calories. I then did URX- MT Greg Sims Cardio Metabolic Circuits. I like this one for the core work and lower body. 50 min and 383 calories. Total time spent was 89 min and calories burned 683. Had to hurry and get ready to go to the founders day activities with dil and children.
 
Roselyn, I am loving the Tracey Bootcamp workouts. A few things like warm up and stretch are repetitive but it is great. There are nice premixes too. So if you do the bootcamp only premix it is shorter. You can use the tabata segments individually and the same with finishers. Hard to explain unless you have the dvds. I lost a pound without wanting to. I weigh to little right now. I like the use of a variety of equipment too. It helps keep it interesting.
