This morning I did URX-MT Amy Bento Bootcamp Metabolic Intervals 52 min, 401 calories, Max HR 156. I then worked abs starting with 5 sets of 30 sec mountain climbers with 30 sec rest, then STS Ab Circuits Stability ball abs, and finishing with 5 sets10 reps hanging knee raises with my vkr tower using an 8# med ball, 28 min, 146 calories. I finished with Brook Benton's Cardio Yoga workout from Kettle Body 28 min 156 calories. Total workout time was 1 hr 46 min and calories burned was 703. Still have this headache :O Making me crazy, really!!
Yesterdays meals were:
1 1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite vanilla whey with Gaspari Superpump 250 pre workout
2 1/2 scopp Dymatize Elite and egg beaters with cinnamon pancake with almond butter
3 Syntha-6 meal replacement bar Cookies and Cream(I love this one not the peanut butter so much and I generally stay clear of the nutrition bars)
4 cucumber and tomato salad with basil and balsamic vinegar olive oil dressing, feta cheese. Low sodium onion soup with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top(I skipped the bread)
