HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR SAT Jan 15

I was cardio crazy this morning, I did TF 60 no cool down and then did Hiit 30 TF, have a good Saturday everyone. Going to have some egg whites now. I am going to try and post meals again if anyone wants to with me.

Sorry I haven't been around much to say hello. This week has been a real challenge mentally. Thursday was a rest day because of appointment and yesterday I took the dogs on a longer walk and did kettlebell demonstration work for a friend. Today I have every intention in the world of doing either Lean Hot Body or Hollywood Hardball (both circuit style workouts) or at least part of them.....I need to do something. I hope everyone is having a good weekend.
 
I got to sleep in:D I felt pretty energetic this morning. Workout today was
Lauren Brooks total body conditioning with Kettlebells 2 w/up, rnd one of the grind which was turkish get ups, diamond pushups, & swings. I then did the smoker and finisher. This was 34 minutes and 254 calories, Max HR 156. I then did Rapid Fire Heavy bag, standing and floor core with 8lb med ball and stretch, 35 minutes 260 calories, Max HR 165. I finished with budokon strength and balance with no meditation. 34 minutes, 184 calories. I went back to the tutorial on the side crane. Did great there but when I did it on the workout my balance was off. I will get this:D I was amazed at the calorie burn I got but, you do a lot of things like rolling into plow and coming into warrior 3 pose and there is some work on different stances with kicks. I love this workout:D Total calories burned today was 698 almost wanted to run around the room to get those other two caloriesLOL Trying to make myself not be quite so obsessive about these things. I would say ocd but I think the disorder term is over used for different personalities. Who decided we had a disorder anyway??
I had some small errands to run that I saved for today so I would not have to drag the grandbaby in and out of the car. I am happy to say they are all done. Hunted for cellophane noodles for a Clean Eating Mag recipe. I could not find them. If I use noodles I think I will sub my Carba Nada noodles. I could also use the Tofu Shiratake noodles. Sometimes I just use baby spinach. This works well.

Roselyn, what a workout!! I bet you burned mega calories. I keep thinking I want to hit Turbo Fire 60 again. It is hard to fit all of the things I want to do in.

Theresa, so those are both circuit workouts. I was wondering what they were:) It sounds like you are doing well with the workouts even though you have a lot going on.

Roselyn, I am trying to remember to post my eating. I have been looking for a program that is easy to enter meals and has an iphone app.. I haven't found much on Cathe's. I don't want it to be complicated either. I used to have one where I would have to enter whatever new foods I used and recipes etc..

Meals yesterday were:
post workout a few grapefruit segments
l- left over Clean Eating Lime Soup with sour cream and tortilla crisps
d- was not so good El Chicos school night for my grandson's class
I had monterey chicken which was a grilled chicken breast with monterey jack cheese and veggies. Those chips and salsa are what get me.
s-(didn't need one) kidz z bar

Today
post workout- BioChem Greens and Whey with almond milk
l- Amy's low sodium minestrone with 3 Schwann's Turkey Pork Live Smart meatballs crumbled in
D- Clean Eating Magazine soy braised pork tenderloin mushrooms and leeks no slaw I will have a salad instead
S-Chocolate Gaspari Whey with egg white pancake and raspberry fruit spread
 
Hey everyone,

Some really great workouts you all are doing! Diane, plow into warrior 3 sounds hard...I am not good at balancing poses so I probably couldn't manage it. If you keep your hips level warrior 3 is hard!

I went to a pilates fusion class today, only the second time I've gone to a pilates class. I overslept past the yoga class I usually go to. She had us do about a zillion reps of these leg lift things...there were all sorts of noises of despair in the room, lol. I did some extra stretching when I got home as well, at least, that is, until my kitty decided that I needed to pet her instead.
