Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Mon Sept 19

Today was legs and butt, I did workout 2 of Jillian Michaels killer buns and disc 37 of STS squat leg rack, Jillian's workout was a mix of leg exercises, squats, lunges step up etc., pretty good workout.

warm up squats

4 sets, 8 reps

squats-65#
deadlifts-85#
front squats-65#
one legged squats-65#

Then I got out a Squeeze dvd, sadly I don't think I have ever even looked at and did some ab work, it was fun and different, may have to preview and do this one, like I said a couple of weeks ago, I am trying to go through what I have, see what I really like and really don't.
 
So I know I said I'd start my lifting this week but I think I'm going to give it just one more week. It's been 5, whats one more? I still feel a pinch when I sleep and sit so I don't want to aggrevate it again. I know when I injured my low back I never gave it time to heal and I just kept side-lining myself. I don't want to do that again. So I'll do cardio this week and start Monday.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and had a puke status workout. It felt great to get moving.

This morning I did Tracey Staehle's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning workot #3. 35 min, 301 calories. I then did Supreme 90 Day Ultimate ball workout no w/up or str, 30 min, 195 calories. I finished with SHiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow, flow of empowerment segment, 22 min, 111 calories. Total time was 87 min and calories 606.
Tracey's workout #3 MC was 4 rnds 50/10
rnd 1 a medball squat 15#, b medball jump squat
rnd 2 a push up b mountain climber(not sure why it says band push up and band mountain climber because no one is using a band)
rnd 3 a band lunge b band lung jump (red band)
rnd 4 a band squat w/ overhead press, b band squat(red band)
finisher 10/15 1 inch hold, bicycles 8 rnds
tabata 20/10 sprint burpees

Debbie, nice calorie burn. Good thinking on giving it another week.

Roselyn, nice work. I never was really interested in Squeeze. I know a lot of people seem to like it though. I like the idea of interesting fun abs:)
