Today's workout was Shock Cardio Circuit Blast 44 min, 322 calories, Max HR 157. I also did High Reps Lower Body Premix which has the abs too. 35 minutes 22 calories burned. Total time 79 minutes and calories 544. I am still having a hard time with cardio. I really am thinking since two of the grandchildren got the flu this last week despite the flu shot, that that might have been what I had. I was feeling pumped about getting started but once into the workout I felt I was dragging through it.
