Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Mon Aug 29

Power Hour today and a drill from MMA Kickboxing, this is one I have never done, cannot believe it

Got out my TOsca Reno books and read them, they were good to read again and be reminded that our bodies much fuel through the day to live and train as we do, I got them out to get some clean recipes, I need to cut some junk and if I eat good through the day I won't crave junk right, please?:)
 
My workout this morning was Sharon Twombly's Zero to Sixty. 67 min, 481 calories. I really liked this. You do use weights through the whole thing but they are using 2's and 5's. I started w/up with 5's and started with eights for heavy. I soon dropped to 5. It sort of reminds me of the concept they use on URX-MT with those sand weights to help get the HR up. It was perfect with the follow up of the TRX Force workout #2. I added 5 minutes of stretching using the TRX and foam roller. My shoulders and back needed it:) Total time was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned was 680.
I was really hungry when finished so had a peanut butter and vanilla whey shake with chocolate almond milk. Yum:D

Roselyn, I have been using the Eat Clean Books and Clean Eating magazines a lot lately. It has really helped me find some recipes that are low sodium and non dairy for my two grandchildren. Then the plus is I am eating them too:) I have 3 purchased workout yet to do. But then there are more on the way:)
