Today was chest and back

Flat bench press-55#
barbell row-60#

flat bench chest fly-22#
deadlift-80#

incline chest press-55#
one arm row-30#

incline chest fly-22#
one arm horizontal row-30#

Then did workout 1 of Jillian's killer buns.
 
This morning I did Tracey's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning #2, 40 min, 367 calories, hr avg 140 max 164. I then did Rapid fire standing med ball and floor core with stretch 23 min, 154 calories. Total time was 63 min and calories burned 522. I burned 60 more calories on Bootcamp thian last time I did this one. Really was able to work it better knowing what to expect.
Workout #2
4 rnds 40/20
over under, kettlebell frog jump (used 31 & 35 kettlebells), med ball slam(15#),
TRX jump squat, TRX mountain climber(did the pikes last rnd)
finisher 10/15 body weight squat, sguat thrusts 8 rnds
Tabata squat jump, low hold 8 rnds( I did this on the rebounder
