I am having a hard time keeping track of my Eating. I have had food out several times lately. Yesterday was no breakfast. Lunch with grandchildren at Lotsanoodles and I got a noodless chicken, cheese and broccoli dish on salad greens, dinner was mixed veggies with some parmesan cheese.
Today
B- mixed berries with Myofusion Whey and some almonds
L- Morningstar Farms grillers crumbles with salsa, jalapeno's and some lowfat cheese
D- Veggie stir fry with chicken
