Flat bench press 50#
barbell row 60#

flat bench chest fly 22#
one arm row 26#

Incline chest press 50#
Deadlifts 70#

incline chest fly 22#
one arm horizontal 26#
 
Today was total body and I had good workout. Nice, short and sweet.

2 sets/15 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

Weighted Bench Dips - 35#

Incline Hammer Curls - 15's

Plie Squats - 30#

Lateral Raise - 8's

Dumbbell Pullovers - 15#

Pushups - BW
