My workout took awhile. I had two calls in between my workouts, calling to see if I had heard from DH in Honolulu. Anyway I got it all in and talked to him. The scooter he had rented was put on the 5th floor of the hotel.
Workout started with Supreme 90 Day Tabata Inferno 43 min, 351 cal, 160 Max HR. I then did Rapid Fire standing and floor core 16 min 113 cal. I finished off with the 1st of 3 preset mixes from Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow dvd. This one was called fluid power and had two of the segments I have already done. This was 53 min and I burned 242 cal. Total time was 1 hr 52 min and cal 706.
