Chest and back today, STS Disc 31

4 sets, 6 reps

warm up flat bench presses

flat bench press 52#
barbell row 60#

chest fly 23#
deadlift 80#

incline press 52#
one arm row 30#

incline fly 52#
horizontal one arm row 30#

Then did stability ball abs from butts and guts.
 
Today I did Tracey Staehles Glute Camp 41 min 162 cal no str.I followed with Push/Pull lower 2 sets mix 37 min, 150 cal.skipping the w/u.. I then did URX-MT Greg Simms cardio metabolic intervals 49 min, 302 cal max hr 158. I went heavier on both lower body workouts, used weights when none were used and wore 5 #ankle weights on the floor work. my legs and flutes were on fire. I don't know what I was thinking when I picked this Greg Simms workout.. it focuses mostly on lower body and core. my legs were shaking. Total workout time was 2 hr 7 min and calories burned 614. I am using my Polar FT 60 and it does not give quite as high reads as my other HR monitor. I felt like I worked awfully hard to get the burn I did. I try not to focus on that so much though.
