Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. July 15

This morning I put in Turbo Fire 30 and did the w/u - end of first interval,16 min 90 calories. I then did Insanity Max Interval Circuit. I sort of liked this in an odd way. 60 min, 513 cal.. Two more to do, then I will have used all of the Insanities. Next I did P90X + abs/ core 22 min 139 calories. Finished with Shiva's Power Yoga flow mandala namaskar 11 min 51 cal. Total time was 1 hr 49 min, 793 calories.
Eats yesterday were fairly good. I did have pasta for lunch because I made a low sodium low fat alfredo for the children because I had my granddaughter here and she is still on a strict diet. I filled mine in with broccoli though and less pasta. Breakfast was greens and whey and vanilla Dymatize mixed in water. Dinner was roast chicken and grilled yellow squash. Snack was Flax z snax cereal with berries and whey.

Hermia, I like the GS timesavers. Especially the one that does the super sets.

Debbie, I agree, I seem to go through STS Total Body without clock watching. It moves quickly.
