Today I did High Reps, that one can kick your booty!!

Eats

M1-egg whites on ezekial toast
M2-protein shake with fruit
M3-almonds, yogurt
M4-salad with chicken, veggies
M5-apple
 
Today was Day 3 of Couch to 5K. Had a really good workout. Upped my speed to 5 mph and did well with it. HR got up to 154 bpm towards the end. It was staying steady at 148 for the longest time.

CARDIO STATS:
34 minutes total
5 minutes below zone
13 minutes in zone
18 minutes above zone
275 calories burned
1.837 miles travelled


Quick workout, I was going to stay on a bit longer today to get more of a calorie burn but I have a lot to do today. So nope, just did the 30 minutes.

This morning I dd Lauren Brooks Body Sculpting and conditioning w/ kettle bells 2 w/u and the grind which gave me some extra strength work, 25 min 130 cal. I then did High Reps using the lower first full workout mix. I like this because lower is harder without the upper breaks. 64 min 370 cal I then did the Lower Body Blast leg conditioning drills using the stabilizer bar on the rebounder. I finished with Siva Rea Power yoga flow fire & water segment 20 min 81 cal. Total time was 2hr 6 min Cal was 657

My granddaughter had her kidney biopsy this am. Poor baby is so sweet. She came in to give me a hug. Things went well. She woke afterward and had a hematoma which dd was to be expected. Now praying results are not the worst.There are different reasons the kidneys can be doing that. Also makes one think about what they do that affects the kidneys.Especially if you want to give one.
