I got in my first decent cardio workout today

I started with Amy Bento's Step Challenge 4 w/ power ups 61 minutes, 465 calories. I thne did STS Total Body Lower body premix 23 minutes 179 calories. I finished off with Amy Bento's 10 minute solution Bootcamp Better Body Stretch 10 minutes, 30 calories. Total workout time was 1 hr 54 minutes and calories burned was 674.
I am off to clean and start some cooking. Enjoy your Christmas weekend
