Looking forward to Christmas. This is my last workout until Monday.

Today was Superset Shoulders and I had a great workout. Workout went by fast and I'm glad. Me and dh have some last minute shopping to do.

WARMUP:
1 minute rest between each set
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's/12 reps - 2 sets

SHOULDERS/TRAPS:
1 min. 30 second rest between each superset

SS #1
Barbell Overhead Press - 55#/8 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 12's/15 reps - 3 sets

SS #2
Upright Rows - 50#/10 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 3 sets

SS #3
Hammer Hold Front Raise - 12's/12 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Dumbbell Shrugs - 40#/20 reps - 3 sets
***By this time my shoulders were fried.

I just finished a 30 min slow steady jog. Disc 5 is on tap today, but first I need to head to Aurora Farms. I know it is going to be a mad house, ttyl

I got in my first decent cardio workout today:D I started with Amy Bento's Step Challenge 4 w/ power ups 61 minutes, 465 calories. I thne did STS Total Body Lower body premix 23 minutes 179 calories. I finished off with Amy Bento's 10 minute solution Bootcamp Better Body Stretch 10 minutes, 30 calories. Total workout time was 1 hr 54 minutes and calories burned was 674.
I am off to clean and start some cooking. Enjoy your Christmas weekend:D

It's late and I'm pooped :confused: Today got so busy and I still have stuff to do before I can try to go to bed. I at least wanted to stop in to wish my friends here a Merry Christmas. I'll be back later when I can to read and post.
