Today was Week 6, Day 3 of C25K. Simple easy workout. Did 60 second jogs with 90 second walks for 20 minutes. Hardly broke a sweat with this one. It was nice to do such an easy workout, next week is three days of 2.5 miles straight.
Didn't wear my HR monitor for such a short time but I did travel 1.5 miles.
I also did the Ab Work from STS Total Body. Ok workout, not my favorite.
Today I was in a hurry so no mixed up workouts I did Sharon Twombly's Athletic Step Jam skipping the ball portion but doing the abs. This was 80 minutes and calories burned was 651. I had a Dr appt this am.. Texts and phone calls so I was rushing out the door.
Debbie, sometimes those easier workouts make the tough ones not as hard. It was probably a lot more enjoyable not having to push hard. Nice work.
