Hard Core Extreme So Versatile!

Only had 45 minutes to work out this am. Put in Hard Core Extreme #3 and did the first 27 minutes (warm -up through the three IMAX 3s) then skipped to Kick Max Blast Challenge first 5, skipped over the next set of Imax 3 and finished off with Kick Max Blast second 5 (ouch, double ouch)! Especially for someone like me who is step- challenged thsi was great. Since I am not a Low Max fan I will use the HC Extreme #2 workout minus the Low Max sections. I consider Hardcore Extreme workout #1 sacred so no messing with that.

Talk about maxmizing the Maxes!!! I feel like I have found about 50 workouts on this one DVD.

P.S. to tickle your funny bone - had a dream the other night that Cathe was in. She was at an ice cream store promoting her new Cathe ice cream! No joke.

This is nice to know. I didn't get the Hardcore Extreme DVD because I wasn't sure I would use it, but it sounds like you can get a variety of great workouts with it! Hmmmmm.....might have to consider this!!!;-)

ETA: I would love to try Cathe's ice cream!!!! LOL!!:p
 
Hmm - I haven't even viewed this DVD yet because a) I'm not a big step fan either (nor are my knees); b) I was too afraid of it. Now I'll have to take a look. It sounds awesome. Yea, more Cathe options to choose from!
 
And don't forget to mention that you can get IMax 3 in its entirety (minus the stretch) on this as well. I actually love #2 - especially on a day when I want to go a little easier, but still want a challenge. Sometimes I'll just cut off the KM blasts at the end if I need a short but hard workout. I love that I get to catch my breath with a LowMax step, knowing that it's going to be followed by an IMax 3 workout as well. Fun, fun...
 
I did #3 today-first workout off this dvd and I have had it since it came out.I really enjoyed it that makes 2 workouts with the leg drills this week I would like to do 2 a week for awhile.I have been trying to run 15 miles a week but this week I am trying some of my dvd's instead.I did get in a steady run but the rest of my cardio has been cathe.I agree that this dvd can be used many ways.I got a great workout from this one I just wish instead of all of the imax step portion it was just the blast only-but I can always advance forward and do the blast only.I am looking forward to trying the others.
