Today I start p90x classic rotation. I am also going to try and add the couch to 5k program, as there is a race my dh challenged me to at the end of October. I've got a meal plan, good attitude, and drive. Tonight is Chest and Back plus 20 min run. BBL to say hello and post meals.

Hi Theresa - sounds like a good plan and attitude! Let me know what you think of the P90X. I am starting STS today, but will move legs to Mondays instead of Fridays so that I can ride on Saturdays. Yesterday was a rest day for me (did some new ab work - most I didn't care for b/c it was too shoulder intensive and I am feeling that today darn it!). Saturday was CCPP day and that was a great workout, as usual.
