Hi Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I was away for a couple of days and didn't have access to a computer to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. But I was definitely thinking of you all and hoping your day was filled with family, feasting, and many things to be thankful for. I am thankful for the wonderful fitness community we have here. It's so nice to see the friendships that have evolved and the support groups that have formed. THANK YOU ALL!!!!
