To all the American Cathletes out there, have a wonderful July 4th with lots of fun, family and friends ( Do I dare say, "and food"? another F word, ha ha ) your whole day. I hope you have wonderful weather for all your festivities.

If you live in one of the many areas that have extreme heat, stay cool, drink lots of water. :)

I am on Day 5 without power in the Washington DC area. I'm lucky to be able to abandon my home for a friend's office with air conditioning during the day. Sleeping at home with the windows open has been surprisingly tolerable. What do I miss? Would you believe Cathe's workouts? I can't wait to get power back so I can get back to her workouts!
