Happy Halloween!

That is so adorable! I just posted the "workout of the day" message. Other than LIC, I've got decorating to do, candy bags to fill, a school Halloween parade and party to attend, and pumpkins to finish carving. Better get busy!

Happy Halloween to everyone!!

I am dressed up in a county jail/inmate orange jumpsuit w/my co-workers complete w/tatoos (fake ones) .. and our boss is the "high sheriff" .. complete w/fake teeth, cowboy boots, badge, cowboy hat and handcuffs (don't ask where they came from ..}( )

what a hoot .. hilarious!

Plan on working and laughing all day .. sneaking candy .. then teach a kick butt cardio class to burn off the sweets I will undoubtly sneak during the course of handing out candy bags to the little goblins that visit!!!!!

My little guy is dressing up as a Blues Brother with his friend. They're gonna look so cute. It was my son's idea. Too cute!!
