Happy Halloween! What's your workout today?

I'm leaning towards Low Impact Circuit. I don't want to do anything too exhausting since I have a lot of running around to do today, and it will be a late night for me. Our family goes crazy on Halloween. I've got lots of decorations to hang!

Trick or Treat!
 
Body Max 2. Not sure of my timeframe since we have a parade thingie at school, so I may do the step-only work this morning and save the rest for later. :) Oh, and we aren't trick-or-treating, we're going to the movies instead!

I woke up this morning and did KPC warm up and combos and added CTX kix. I really wanted to do legs today, but I don't think I'll have time! I have to finish making bingo cards for DDs class plus all the Halloween extras.

I'm doing butt/legs from Barry's bootcamp and 30minutes on my elliptical.

I have allot planned for my trick or treaters. I've been preparing all month! I have lights connected to scary sounds so my lights dance to the sounds. I'm setting up 2 fog machines, pumpkins, scary scarecrow. We purchased a real life size ghost that floats up and down in a window on the front of my house. I did Cardio Fusion! :) It was a lot of fun although I did struggle w/the first part since I haven't done Body Max yet. But it was a great workout.

Off to the gym after work for the dreaded leg workout......x(
 
I don't have the new work outs yet *sigh* so it's Slim and Lean for me today and possibly 30 mins of some kind of cardio if I have the time! I love Jari's stuff...don't get me wrong...but I just can't wait to dig into Cathe's newest torture sessions!!!}( }( }( :7
 
I did LIC this morning (first time). I got my DVDs yesterday. I think I will do Drill Max tomorrow. I really liked LIC - I love the leg work - very different. And my biceps were burnin'!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Bicep. Loved it. Now I'm ready to take on the day.

I did KPC this morning, and plan to do GS C & T later! Then walking around the block w/ my dd's trick-or-treating tonight! ;-)
 
I did CTX Step & Intervals. I don't get my new DVD's until Friday so I thought this week I'd do a CTX rotation and use the weekend to preview the workouts. Then start on Monday with Cathe's rotation!
 
WAH! I don't have my new DVDs yet, but I'll be doing Tracey Staehle's High Intensity Kickbox Challenge for the first time. Hopefully I'll have my new Cathes soon!

Same here, but I'm doing the non-treadmill cardio option for my cardio.
 
I did BM2, in honor of this day of horror. Speaking of horror, you should have seen what I looked like by the time I got the end of this one! }(
