Ahh thanks Ladies! What a nice surprise to wake up to all your birthda wishes!

Dallas- I so like cake but my son doesn't so I figured that would help me resist temptaion! I love baked goods:) At dinner last night with friends I did have 2 strawberries dipped in chocolate:) They were yummy. I may today indulge is some baked goodie!

Diana- I am feeling better, thanks! Yes I do have some new dvd's to work out to and I am excited!

Shelley-LOL! Noo jumping out of planes for this girl!

DebbieH- That cake looks so yummy I wanted to grab a fork and dig in!

Hi Ladies.

I wanted to thank you all for the lovely birthday greetings. I had a great day and didn't blow my diet to bad:) Other then the chocolate dipped strawberries and a peice of angel food cake I did good. Thanks again evryone :)
