Deanie--Hope you are okay. I worry about you when you don't start the thread! Did you do IMAX3 this morning? Was Jai still smiling at the end?;-)

This morning I ran and then did the Chest portion of S&H Ch, B and Abs. Stayed with same weights as Cathe. I ran out of time, so will do the rest after school. I really like S&H. I guess it is one of my favs.
Did you guys see that they are through with the filming of STS? I was off. Maybe they didn't show pics of all of the workouts. Anyway, it is exciting!
Menu--
B-multi grain hot cereal with soy milk and walnuts, 1/2 scoop protein pwd.
L-grapes, 1/2c. cottage cheese, veggies, Clementine

D-lowfat ravioli, salad

Good Morning Ladies!

Where's Deanie?? Not like her not to post before me!

Today was Mark Blanchard's Culmination - the final one in the Sedona series. First time doing this one. It was tough but I got through it. Did headstand very briefly; kicked up into handstand in the middle of the floor (he says you shouldn't need a wall or anything near you to block you from doing it) but can't do them yet. Didn't really have too much twisting poses. He's pretty heavy on the standing work.

Gin - Thanks for my birthday wishes. My GF's taking me out to lunch today. I guess my biggest wish is just to get good news on my house. That'll be enough for me. Yes, I saw they're done with STS. I think they got through it pretty quickly.

Breakfast - Kashi Vanilla & Graham Cracker cereal with 1/2c whole milk (still can't do skim)
Snack - WW bagel with cream cheese and chives and mini-croissant (my resistance is very low these days)
Lunch - ?
Snack - Almonds and apricots
Dinner - London Broil and asparagus

Last night I cooked healthy and DH liked it! As I was cooking, he didn't like the smell of it (he can't stand the smell of garlic). I found it in Fitness magazine. It was citrus scallops. Basically, its scallops made with garlic, scallions, red, green and yellow peppers and orange juice. Also made Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni. DH couldn't tell the difference either. Delicious and low fat.

S&H is also one of my faves.
