OK, so my real birthday isn't until next week but I got myself BOSU tonight! How fun! - even the short DVD they give you in the package was a challenge!

My real birthday is Oct. 9th, same as John Lennon. I will be a kickin' 40 years old. :7

I bought a Rob Glick DVD for BOSU, but if anyone has any other favorite BOSU DVDs, please mention them here!

I keep promising myself I am going to start using my BOSU but it never seems to get used. Can you say "TOO MANY WORKOUTS" to choose from?
